WHO WE ARE AND A LITTLE HISTORY...

Fison Fitness has been a fixture in Herne Hill for over a decade. Anne took over the reins in 2015 bringing Joe into the fold in early 2019. There are now two beautiful welcoming little studios right next door to each other, just 1 minute from Herne Hill station. Studio 1 is dedicated to personal training and high intensity fitness classes and Studio 2 is a wonderful little oasis, created to house our wonderful yoga, Pilates and movement classes.

Both Anne and Joe grew up in Herne Hill and although they have both moved further afield (well Tulse Hill and West Norwood) they could not leave behind the lovely Herne Hill community. Both Joe and Anne believe that exercise, whatever form you choose, is a key part of being happy and healthy and should be available and accessible to everyone. This is the philosophy they want to instil in everyone who walks through the doors.

WHY DO WE EXIST?

We believe in creating a fun, friendly and welcoming space for everyone to come to and improve their health. We want you to feel relaxed and at home, whether you have spent your whole life avoiding the gym or if you are a regular exerciser just looking for a fun new space and fresh impetus.

We believe in self-improvement and achieving things that are important to you, rather than chasing some unrealistic instagram bunnies!

WHAT DO WE DO?

We offer a range of fun and challenging classes, which will always be adapted to the individual. Whether you are a newbie or a pro, you’ll come out feeling like you’ve pushed yourself to your limit. Exercises can be altered if you are returning from injury or illness. There is always something you can do. Our coaches will offer advice and support on how to achieve your goals whether through personal training (PT) or our classes.

Although joining us and starting your fitness journey is an excellent (and vital) first step, this needs to go hand in hand with healthy living. We have wonderful people working alongside us: nutritionists, massage therapists and physios to make sure you are getting the attention you need and deserve.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

We have a team of experienced, educated and caring fitness coaches. Our team has different strengths, knowledge areas and approaches to exercise so we will always try to match the best coach to your particular needs.

Our coaches will offer advice and support on how to achieve your goals whether through personal training, our classes or a combination of both.

We create a community focused on celebrating individual achievements and improvements whilst giving support and making sure you enjoy your fitness journey.
